Biofreeze

It could be an object, like a table, or a medicine like Biofreeze. I can see the object of my thought clearly but cannot locate the word. I keep worrying away at it and eventually, usually after 5 minutes or so I will locate the word. Does anyone recognise this as a symptom of pred or even PMR.

I’ve taken ibuprofen and used some roll on Biofreeze, which has been great for other areas of pain. Ive got an appt with my rheumy next week and of course I’ll mention it to him but wondered if anyone else had had this and what might have helped. Thank you so much

I have used magnesium spray on my sore muscles, have Epsom Salts baths, and use muscle rub creams (Arnica, Biofreeze). The pains increased after my Moderna vaccine; I was hoping it was a side effect from the vaccine, but 3 weeks later the pains are still extreme, especially at night.

Very heavy and not nice to be on for too long, though in other ways amazing 🤩 I use gels like biofreeze and volterol. I’ve tried deepheat but no luck - though hot water bottle and heat blanket can help.

I tried a cold spray by biofreeze and it did me worse than good. Now, has anyone ever used this cream before? If not, I'd appreciate some recommendations when it comes to this because I've never shopped for these before.

I have tried Biofreeze, heat, ice, physio exercise and nothing has worked. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful!

He's been taking hydrocodone left over from a procedure and I'm applying BioFreeze, which sort of takes the edge off. Anyone else experience debilitating pain? If so, what did you do about it? I'm considering taking him to the ER as it's Sunday and don't know how else to get him comfortable.

This morning it was so bad that I was literally in agony putting on my socks but after the Biofreeze and the Diclofenac kicked in I decided to go to work anyway.

I have again suffered a recent flare up after picking up heavy bags and am now just resting and spraying Biofreeze on my spine. It has become a nightmare as I can go months or years without these flare ups and then I am hit with it all of a sudden.

For the last few months, I have been desperate for this to go away as the only way for me to have a decent nights sleep is taking Advil PM (which is not good for long term use) and applying creme, biofreeze, etc. with frequent walking up.

For the sake of turning my chest green like the Hulk is it safe to use Biofreeze for Chest Wall Pain?

I've had Epsom salts baths and have applied various stuff like comfrey ointment and Biofreeze, as well as using my TENS machine..My arms and chest muscles are also painful.

I take pain killers regularly but it just doesn’t make a difference - neither do things like ibuprofen gel or Biofreeze (deep cooling gel). Anyone able to give me a hand? Any methods of pain relief they found help a great deal, or any coping mechanisms they have found helpful for keeping on going?

I have put biofreeze on it and taken two ibuprofen, nothing has helped. What else can I do?

is by far the most painful and debilitating - I cannot get in and out if bed so have been sleeping for last five nights on my recliner in the lounge but have just woken 1 am in terrible pain had fallen asleep with lights on -about 10 PM no painkillers work when the pain is so bad but have just put Biofreeze

Half an hour before bed have a cool shower or spritz with your bottle then rub peppermint lotion or something like biofreeze or Dermacool into your feet , wrists and shoulders .
