"Crick" in my neck

I've had a crick in my neck all day today. When I move my head/neck it hurts from the bottom of my skull & down my neck on the left side. I have put biofreeze on it and taken two ibuprofen, nothing has helped. What else can I do?

Use a tennis ball to roll it out. Use a wall to roll it.
