Did you use spray or the roll on? I had never heard of it till your post. If I can get hold of some I will try it. Thanks.

I am a great fan of the roll on bio freeze as well, it works in cooling my legs down. I find some stretching and then tippy toe lifts until my legs ache, roll on some bio freeze and (unless it’s a sever RLS) bobs your uncle and back to sleep, glad it worked for you. Great for long flights as well. Most of you probably know this but if you don’t have bio freeze handy, wetting the back of your legs also works, as the water dries, it cools, useful if you are a medium RLS sufferer!
