it’s time again…
I have been in this depression episode now again for three days, nothing gives me happiness, nothing gives me hope, I see others around me that are having the best life and although I am genuinely happy for them, it digs my hole a little bit deeper, I know from being here many times, it will pass… The

Depression sucks
I have been struggling for two year. In the last two years I have been hospitalized 5 times. I found that ECT/shock therapy, is the only thing that helps. So I started about a month ago feeling better and the depression was lifting. So I changed my ECT to every other week and it was going well, however

I have said before, my first neurologist , a world recognized doctor in the field of PD told me 20 years ago that someday what we now know as Parkinson's Disease will be 10 to 15 or more individual diseases that resemble each other but may be treated differently. I keep forgetting this and continue

Prostate Cancer Diet and Re-purposed Meds
I was just reading a post about Jane Mcclelland's protocol regarding her book, "How to starve cancer." She also added a second portion on a book re-released, with a Ferroptosis (death by iron) protocol. I thought the criticism to be amazing. Cancer is a baffling mystery, top scientist and great minds

Combination therapy T4 + T3
Hi, since 2 weeks I started to take 10 mcg T3/ 2 days on top of my daily levothyroxine. I remember my periodic cycle was 24 days instead of 28 days when TSH was rising before. Today I was surprised to get my period at d23?! I am confused again. Was expecting the opposite.
