I had a lot of weight to lose, I have been on my journey since July 2017 in that time lost over 3 Stone. I think we all vary how much weight we loss, try to aim for about 1 to 2 lbs a week.

I lost one stone in six weeks, but am continuing until I lose at least another stone. In fact it’s worth remembering that this is should become a healthy eating habit, and not just a ‘pit stop’.

There are people here wearing 7 stone badges, maybe more. For now, you'll probably find your journey more easy to deal with by focusing on the first few pounds and keep breaking your journey down into mini goals.

As Noms2000 has stated, you can keep running the plan over and over. Lose weight gradually and sensibly, allowing it to become a way of living a healthy life. Doing it this way, allows the body to adjust so that when we reach our goal, we have the tools to carry on living 'normally'.

I've lost 25 kilos and started June 2017.

No need to lose more for me as I'm a light weight now 😉

Good luck, you can do it too!
