I Hear that Santa has already left Australia & he's on his way towards the UK!
Equally, my thoughts are also with those who've experienced loss and
bereavement
, particularly since the festive period is always an incredibly difficult time as it continues to pass in the absence of our dearly beloved.

Bereavement
is a process which we all go through. Any loss can create the same feelings as a
bereavement
does when a loved one dies. However loss of role- loss of finance- loss of job etc we also follow a bereavment process. There is lots of different theories of how this affects us.

Going through
bereavement
at the moment, but realise my bad habits of recent years - picked up whilst watching my parents go down hill and the loss of both, needs to be tackled. Not sure my head is in the right place to do this, but going to try!

Thinking of me!
Last week I had constant phone calls at work on how to do this and that because another member of staff was off because of
bereavement
. Anyway, the boss that was ringing me has not once acknowledged the fact that I am leaving or in previous years done anything to help me i.e.

So I've done it.......
We have suffered a
bereavement
this week and I've still stuck with it. Think running has helped with my ability to cope with life's ups and downs as much as anything else. I'm chuffed to bits!

I eventually had councelling for
bereavement
(which helped), but the calories piled on... THIS IS THE PUNCHLINE...and I am hoping for some sensible support if possible..if not and people want to slate me let this serve as a cautionary tale to others.

My life goes on....just not quite the way I had planned!
My stroke was an odd one and slight, I had suffered a traumatic
bereavement
and the stroke was probably caused by shock. It was the type of stroke normally caused by a car accident etc. Where am I now? I am three years down the line...I get really tired and my brain gets foggy.

Thyroid, vitamins and headaches
About 5 years ago I had a
bereavement
that I didn't deal with very well and was signed off work for 5 weeks whilst they sorted out AD medication. After counselling and other lifestyle exercises I came off the AD as I felt dreadful and even more zonked than normal.

Hello....
Since that time, caring for family who also have mental health issues, dealing with family
bereavement
, trying to balance caring, family life and my own rehabilitation that is ongoing, has been extremely challenging and has made me feel isolated and other barriers, has resulted with my own mental health

A couple of weeks ago I spoke with my gp and we agreed to stay on 5.5mg for another month because I am moving house and have a family
bereavement
to deal with. My scalp has gone sensitive as it used too. And I am getting big headaches again. I think this might be a flare up due to stress.

Another local charity bites the dust. The need for austerity and other lies.
Parents with learning difficulties, serious health problems, domestic violence, homelessness,
bereavement
, some of them caring for children with complex disabilities. But social services are already overstretched.

That's 2 stones shifted!!
Okay, so, I missed this Monday's weigh in, mainly due to internet issues, and probs with the HU site (which was being naughty), but also a family
bereavement
which had to take pole position. Enough waffle!

Overthinking
Had a very stressful day yesterday due to a
bereavement
in the family circle a cousin with a young family . Thing is I can't get this out of my mind . And my daughter has a meeting at her school today . I really don't think I can push myself too much . Feeling very fragile . And emotional .

Help with Thyroid Fluctuations
Also had major
bereavement
two years previously still taking a toll. Treatment - Reluctant to go back to Dr. I decided to try NDT and imported Thyroid-s. Built up dose with some symptoms disappearing, others lessening but still often lethargic.
