hi, I forun this whilst looking for information on a closed health centre. I have been had health problems from birth. I managed to ward off Diabetes for 10 years but 2 years ago, I experienced 6 close family and friends bereavement and in the midst of grief, diabetes came through. As I try to keep away from pharmaceutical services, I decided to make an extra effort to change my lifestyle, have more exercise, have less stress, sleep better, lay off alcohol, researching each illness etc Its working well. I see various people and try to keep appointments. Hopefuly I will keep it under control
