I have enjoy reading this site for a while, this is first post. Anyone have experience with Alpha Lipoic Acid?
I have been treated for CLL for 10 years now, chemo until a year and a half ago when I started Imbruvica. I had some neuropathy the last few years and now feet pain is much worse. I take gabapentin for the nerve pain. I was wondering about taking Alpha Lipoic Acid supplements. Anybody have experience

Docs gave me

Am I pregnant?
Basically my endo has been creeping up again but I am now unsure if that's what it is. I went to the doctors to be rereffered and she put me back on mefanamic acid (didnt help) I then have missed ny period 2 weeks. Every test is negative (the most recent being 2 days a go) however I had a blood test

Medications to manage neuropathic pain
It's been a bit quiet on this forum recently. Everyone must be enjoying the spring. I've written a fair amount about my neuropathic pain in the past. I never took medication to help manage it until it started getting significantly worse about six months ago. So far this year, I've tried gabapentin (titrated

Feeling encouraged!
After 3 weeks on Ursodiol my ALP has gone from 600 to 225. I didn't expect to see them come down that fast. I know it needs to come down further but I feel happy to see it's working. Next week Friday I have an appointment with the heptoligist to verify if I have the AIH overlap or not. The GI said

Importance of publishing results of Clinical Trials
Most people agree that Clinical Trials play an essential role in the discovery of new drugs. In the case of Parkinson's Disease the Michael J Fox Foundation each December produces a Webinar on "Research underway (in Clinical Trials) this year.
