Improvement time after a v node ablation
Hi guys My father has recently had an
av
node
ablation
but still feels very breathless. He was hoping this would subside... how long, if at all, can you start to see an improvement in symptoms of af?

Ablation for ectopic beats
I was wondering whether anyone had any experience regarding having an ablation because of ectopic beats and whether it was successful. My ectopic beats were first detected roughly 7 months ago and have since been undergoing cardiology investigations. I have so far had a 7 day ECG monitor and a echocardiogram

Stopping Bisoprolol
I had a SVT catheter ablation 3 days ago and an AVNRT was identified/ablated. I was told to stop my 6.25mg bisoprolol 5 days prior to the procedure and then advised by the Consultant (after the op), that I didn't need to take them anymore. I am not sure if any symptoms I'm experiencing are related to

Visanne experiences?
I'm on my fourth day of taking Visanne for suspected endometriosis. Day one I had severe nausea and headache along with cramping although I was day 3 of my period. Day 2 headaches off and on and the pain in my side I've had for 10 years which led to this suspected diagnosis is very aggregated. Day 3

One year since ablation and suffering
Hi everyone. Can anyone give advice or has anyone been through similar? I had a catheter ablation last February for SVT (my heart rate would go up to 200/220 BPM and I had to be admitted to A&E each time). The procedure was apparently tricky as I went into heart block and the surgeon said that he nearly

Pros & cons of a catheter ablation for AF
I’ve had AF diagnosed for several months, and the Cardioversion I had reverted back into AF. The second one is holding with the help of a drug, but I’m being recommended an ablation. I actually feel more well now than I have for many months, and it is hard to voluntarily put myself through another procedure

Waiting Times
I've been trying to find statistics for waiting times for procedures/surgery in Hospitals, but I've had no luck. Does anyone know where to find this information? I'm on the waiting list at my local hospital for a Cardiac Ablation procedure to remedy Atrial Fibrillation and Flutter. How long did you

Hi all, I'm writing to hopefully provide some sort of hope. very high blood pressure
I have had and
AV
node
ablation
and a PVI in an effort to control my AF . I was given sotalol and it seems to agree with me. I am usually sensitive to most drugs. Unfortunately although it is said that it makes the BP plunge the opposite has happened to me.

AV Node Ablation with pacemaker
Scheduled for
AV
Node
Ablation
in November. I'm concerned that I will be missing an opportunity for better treatment if i have this ablation. There seems to be more negative information than positive except from the medical doctors.

Afibs related to vagus nerve trigger
Was diagnosed with Afib last November. Had catheter ablation in March. But still suffer afibs in mornings and sometimes all day. Recently I suffered stiff thoracic spine issues and next was out too. After couple visits to Chiropractic I think the afibs may actually be triggered by the impinged nerves

Post endometrial ablation, periods, hormones
May 2019 I had endometrial ablation due to occasional bleeding after sex (also he took a uterine sample pre op and all was clear) . I have always had bad premenstrual symptoms mainly very sore breasts or back and neck acne for 3 weeks of the month. Now around the time my period should be due the premenstrual
