Hi guys

He may need his pacemaker adjusted. It is a longish journey getting a balance I'm told.
I just had the AV node ablation on the 4th of Nov. A nurse told me to expect three months for everything to settle.
Overall I feel so much better. I am a little short of breath on occasion. I also have a UTI so suspect this is part of my problem.
Heavy feeling in chest is now gone and I can breathe easier. I noticed this improvement in recovery room. Thought it was my imagination. So far so good am feeling much better
Hi - yes Bob is correct - PM adjustment and getting the correct rate for the individual is I believe key. At my two month check up (had the procedure on 26 Aug) I had my PM adjusted as I was still getting breathlessness and chest tightness. It seems to have done the trick as I feel much better walking and especially up slopes and stairs. Still very tired though but hoping that will get better. All the best to your dad.
