Any benefits from taking Astaxanthin by PWP? Cannot seems to find any clear definitive benefits in the web for it but just general comment that it can be beneficial to PWP.

It is a component of a supplement that I take. Cannot say it has done anything for my Parkinson's.

My husband's doc has him on it for its antioxidant effects. It neutralizes oxygen-free radicals and is considered to be one of the best in doing so.
