Apologies for the offtopic but I thought this was an interesting anti-oxidant supplement although only preliminary research has been carried out on it as yet. It seems to have potential as a very powerful antioxidant but too much anti-oxidants can also be a bad thing (based on vitamin E and beta-carotene supplementation research) so I think correct dosage will be important.

I think staying under 20mg avoids pigmentation. Up to 6mg is "generally regarded as safe" but I would lean towards the more conservative 2mg or 4mg if trialing it. There have not been any long-term human trials with more than 6mg.
