What if I got my day 1 period date wrong?
I started my oestradiol as scheduled for day 1 both tablets, patches and
aspirin
. My period then slowed down to light spotting for day 2 (which it sometimes does) but then only continued at a lighter than usual flow but quite dark in colour without the usual period pain I get.

will I tolerate Hydroxy after interferon?
Currently just on
aspirin
awaiting next blood results to see if I need medication again after a 10 month break. Dr’s are planning on Hydroxy…. i’m worried that if I didn’t tolerate IFN I won’t tolerate Hydroxy either. Anyone with a similar experience please?

Had my 2nd appt with my Haematologist today
She put me on
Aspirin
100mg daily and phoned me 3 weeks later in SA with the mutation results that I had the JAK2 mutation. I had blood taken the day after we got home and my platelets haven’t really gone up during our time abroad. I will get my BMB done under twilight sedation in a week.

Taking Hydroxycarbamide?…
My Doctor now prescribed me Hydroxycarbamide (alongside
aspirin
75 mg) to avoid risk of thrombosis. This medicine is pure poison and I’d rather take only the
aspirin
. I’m also looking for any natural substance to help. Any ideas or opinions would be appreciated.

Bruising
Hello.I'm on dual antiplatelet meds asprin and ticagrelor. I seem to be bruising very easily and bruises coming up and don't know how I've done it. Is there anything I can do to stop it happening or is it something I just have to live with now. Thanks for your help.

advice for coming off meds, before endoscopy procedure.
Firstly HNY everyone! I had HA & 5 stents fitted 7 months ago. I now have an appointment to have a endoscopy procedure this week& have been told to come off the two blood thinners I’m on. Plavex & asprin, for one week, which I’m afraid to do. I’ve tried getting in touch with the gastroenterologist

Dissolvable Asprin
If you are taking dissolvable Asprin can you dissolve it in diluted squash or must you only take it in plain water as don't like the taste.

Internal Bleeding - update on wife
The doctor determined that the Prednisone was not the cause but some baby
aspirin
she had been using in conjunction with other meds. So, she is finally working with her rheumatologist, who is now prescribing Prednisone.

full time Antibiotics
Antibiotics as he is concerned that future infections may harm my kidney more,I’m not sure what to do regarding this as my GP said do some research yourself and think about the pros and cons,My Daughter is of the opinion that I could get the same protection from taking high dose garlic and dropping the daily

Can't get a quote for Holiday Insurance until I specify what the medication I'm taking following Bypass surgery is for.
Hi 🤗 Everyone, I've just tried to nail down a Holiday insurance quote but I've hit a brickwall and was hoping that I can tap into the wealth of knowledge of my fellow Hearties. On the 26th September I had double Bypass Surgery. What with lockdown and my diagnosis of a severe Stenosis on the LAD

fear of who knows what!
I’m 63.was taking
aspirin
- unwise , I know, but it works better than paracetamol. Ended up with uti and blood in urine. Of course , I have myself dead and buried. Couple of weeks till procedure , so I need to forget about it till then. Any reassurance gratefully received.

Gastroscopy Procedure Query
I usually take my hydroxy and
aspirin
in the morning and like to take the
aspirin
after breakfast so it does not irritate my stomach. Clearly I won't be able to do this on the day. Any advice or hearing from anyone who has been through this procedure would be really helpful. Thank you.

My Story
My doctor tells me to start a baby
aspirin
everyday immediately. He also referred me to a Hematologist. I go to my first doctor visit with Hematologist in February 2022. He does complete blood work and tells me that my blood in all ranges are perfect.

Living Nightmare! (At least I'm living!)
I was sitting down drinking a cup of tea at the time, so, finished my brew, popped
aspirin
and drove myself to hospital. - Why didn't I call 999?
