In Nov 2014 I injured my right knee whilst working, had an
Arthroscopy
in Feb 2015, made a slow recovery and managed to work again but only about half as much as I did. In about Sept 2015 I started to feel more and more pain and stiffness and had trouble getting up, getting dressed etc.

I've been referred to a shoulder surgery doc ortho surgeon so I'm getting mentally prepared for possible

I have to have a hip

5 years on and no further forward
I have also recently had an
arthroscopy
to tidy up a torn cartilage, which I believe was caused during a particularly lengthy 'pseudo fit' whilst still at work last year, I was wedged under my desk and my left leg was twisted underneath me, I realised that I was unable to move my leg as I regained awareness

Thank you NHS - a bit of an essay.
I had my
arthroscopy
on my knee (thank you Roman Miller, Peninsula NHS Treatment Centre) and started C25K a couple of weeks later (the op was totally life-changing and by doing the physio I was totally amazed at the speed of my recovery).

Anyone started couch to 5k after knee arthroscopy?
I graduated couch to 5k last year, ran the great north run, tore some Cartilage and just had my 2nd knee
arthroscopy
, this time they have removed all of the cartilage. I want to start running from Scratch again and wondered if anyone had been in the same position

Etiquette when changing specialists...
I had a hip
arthroscopy
in July 2013 for torn cartilage, which went well, and the surgeon said he'd follow up in two months time. Everything else went pear-shaped so I had to move 3 hours away from where I'd had the op, but I fully intended on going back for my follow-up.
