Knee arthroscopy 2 months ago for OA followed by synovial fluid replacement

There is not much improvement after the injections (3). Finished last week anyone else have this outcome

Don't know much about this other than many things I have read have said it is hyarulonic (sorry .. spelling?) acid injections which can fade just as hydrocortisone (Kenalog) injections do after so many weeks/months. I would be very interested to know more as my knees are at present stiff swollen and immobile. Roll on 22nd for knee shots! Also as my knees are often full of synovial fluid at these times of inflammation I would not want any more. I do though have the problem of joint erosion when there is a lack of synovial once the inflammation is drained and the Kenalog works for a while. I go from fat fluid-y knees to dry creaking ones after the steroid shots. Madness? Yup! Sorry to hear you haven't had much success. Are you allowed another try after a certain time? Good luck.
