MBST / MRT (Magnetic resonance therapy)
As I said one relative did undergo PRP but it really did nothing to relieve the
pain
in either of her knees. She also has
arthritis
of the shoulder. My other relative involved in a RTC now has arthritis of all his damaged joints including, wrist, shoulders, arms and knees.

Pain management
Any tips on how to manage pain without resorting to painkillers please. I have painkillers but rarely use them and want to keep it that way. I have a very sore left arm which is far less painful when I mould it to my body and keep it inactive. Thank goodness I am right handed. Doc is looking into it.

Broken clavicle pain? Broke my clavicle after a epileptic seizure in 2011, but cold weather means dull pain! Must be others same situation?
I use my laptop a lot, a dull pain just does not go away, whilst writing, I have HPT so pain killers out of question! I suppose some sort of cream would be best, even magnesium oil joint spray like I use for my osteoarthritis on my knees might help? doubtful! Is anybody same situation as refracturing

3 days after circimsision, shit be wildin.
So I'm 3 days in and I think for the most part everything is going ok. I was given pain killers but decided after the 1st day to stop taking them cause I felt like they weren't worth the side effects. A couple concerns I have is that I'm really horny for no reason, it's like if I get the slightest thought

Free at last!
Well almost, transport should be here in 10 minutes. Can't wait to get home. Not one person in the whole hospital knows or wants to know about MSA with the exception of my consultant. The ward sister has flatly refused to let him know that I'm in on the basis that I just need nursing care and as

do you experience what seems like leg weakness once your hip arthritis gets severe
I have read lots on pain and I definitely get that down around my hip and mainly into my knees . Over the last 6 months I have become more aware of what feels like weakness when walking and I find it very difficult to get out of chairs and impossible to stand up from the floor. I’m waiting on seeing

Advice Needed
For years I’ve been suffering from pain in my bones, sleeplessness, depression and sometimes inability to do general things. I’ve seen my GP who has given me a variety of painkillers. I’ve had an appointment with a Consultant Rheumatologist which has been cancelled by the hospital several times, and

poor sleep & ME/CfS, arthritis = hypertension
My sleep pattern is really poor my sleep is never refreshing and I wake up near enough every hour, due to either excruciating
pain
in my muscles, my knee locking due to
arthritis
and cramp and other knee issue after a cartilage operation.

Need to learn about my kidney disease diagnosis
Chronic Kidney Disease. I've just been diagnosed with Stage 3a. I know nothing and am starting from scratch. I would really like to see how others are dealing with this disease and get tips on diet, exercise and OTC medications which may be harming me, such as Tylenol and other painkillers and diet supplements

Zolmitripan
Hello, I have just been told by my pharmacy that they can no longer get zolmitripan. They are the only pain killers that work for me. Has anyone else had problems getting it? Thanks

Unbearable pain in hands at night
I sometimes get excruciating pain at night. I wake to find my hands cold and numb particularly my fingers. Mainly my right arm Very strange feeling, The pain surges in sort of agonising waves of unbearable burning pain. Certainly not just pins and needles The only way I can relief is by swinging

Back again more ranting
So I've been away from here for a while, I've been up since 3, I had a hysterectomy in march last year for the endo and they left my overies, which I think was stupid considering they said it was on one of them I was told, and I'm still experiencing pain a year on what more can they do?? I've been waiting

Is coping with arrhythmia... "strong" or "weak"?
I remember that my father was very proud indeed of never seeing his doctor and rarely complaining; I have to say it made my poor mum, struggling with the severe
pain
of
arthritis
and frequent heart palpitations (undiagnosed) daily, often feel belittled. And yet, I wonder where the truth lies?

it was interesting what bananas5 wrote about the thc element in Cannabis. There is an approved Cannabis provider based in Birmingham. before proceeding they insist on making contact with your own Dr. My wife will not go down this path.-however when my aches and pains Get much worse-I will certainly

pain killer failed
my wife has just stopped taking pregablin due to side effects. Woke in the middle of the night with big “bang” in her back-shot up And felt much pain in right arm. Dr has agreed to the stoppage. We have now tried all the known pain killers and really nothing has worked For her. That leaves legally

Post SCT haematomachrosis
My now 6 monthly bloods done last year revealed high ferritin. I subsequently had 6 venesections, 1 a month. My follow up, delayed by COVID, revealed a still high ferritin at 2000, down from around 3000. The consultant was a bit surprised it was still that high. I was a bit disappointed and concerned
