poor sleep & ME/CfS, arthritis = hypertension

hi I have quite a few debilitating health issues, underactive thyroid also including life changing and frustrating ME/CFS and also fibromyalgia and arthritis. My sleep pattern is really poor my sleep is never refreshing and I wake up near enough every hour, due to either excruciating pain in my muscles, my knee locking due to arthritis and cramp and other knee issue after a cartilage operation. I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure which I’m not happy about as before ME took me out I was always at the gym and very active with a low pulse and good blood pressure results.

Has anyone with similar conditions found their blood pressure increased due to other health problems which now means taking hypertension medication. Thank you
