I'm 59 and waking up in morning with stiffness in lumbar region of back. Sometimes feels stiff in the hole lower spine area. Once I'm up and moving it goes away. Doctor said it could be a form of arthritis and has sent me for some blood tests. Anyone else had similar?

Does anyone take Naproxin for Arthritis pain?
Hi everyone, a quick summary for you. Two ablations, last one five and a half years ago. No meds and just one six hour stint in A&E seven months ago. My problem is arthritis in my right shoulder. I'm three months in to recovery from having fifteen loose bodies removed, a full synovectomy, a full bursectomy

Worried that the pain in my knees is osteoarthritis?
Wondering how knee pain started off for everybody. Currently mine only comes on during running, going up and down stairs and after sitting cross legged. It is a dull kind of pain and hurts when I press on it, it’s on the outside of my knee. Could it still be osteoarthritis?

Tocilizumab & Covid vaccine
I seem to remember that I delayed my Toc jab when I had my Phizer jab. Is that correct? If so, by a day or a week? Getting booster today when I’d normally inject Toc.

Is it OK to regulate yourself on Prednisilone?
I was diagnosed with PMR in 2018 and then my GP said I had temporal
arteritis
this year. I have other medical issues. In 2018 I was put on a reducing dose of Pred which finished in 2019.

Questions remain
I'm relaying this in the realization that the symptoms of temporal
arteritis
may also be indicative of sinus issues. I don't know that I will ever find out the cause of my symptoms, but the same treatment as that for temporal
arteritis
worked for me.

RA Symptoms?
Hi there I don’t think I’ve posted here before so forgive me if I’ve posted in the wrong place. I have rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed almost 2 years ago but currently unmediated. Is it very common to sometimes just be “unwell “? For the past week I’ve had a constant headache and now swollen glands

Thanks, I hate it!
Hi everyone. I'm from the UK and was diagnosed yesterday with inflammatory arthritis in my hands, wrists and elbows. I've had pain, stiffness, swelling, a fever and some serious exhaustion. I've been really lucky and saw a consultant rheumatologist quickly, and I'm 9 days in to a six week course of prednisolone

Arc Microtherapy Units for pain management
In relation to alternative therapies has anyone tried the 'Arc Microtherapy Unit' and stopped their prescribed medication . One testimony describes a man who has RA in his wrist who uses the device instead of MTX Interesting? I have one of these devices that I am about to start using on my horse

Amazing GP tele call and new diagnosis
Amazing GP tele catch up. GP phoned this am. I have new diagnosis…. Not PMR but Arthritis. All done by phone. One good thing she is chasing the Dexa Scan so I can be put in AA. I have more confidence than that and will wait and see.
