Hi guys. Does anyone have Rheumatoid Arthritis and what advice can they give please? I’m 53 and been suffering on and off with stuff joints and recent blood test has shown my RA factor is just above normal range so GP referred me to physio and RA clinic. I’ve just started on this journey and have wanted to be able to run for ages for physical and mental health reasons, so don’t want to give it up?! Thanks guys.

If you do a search for rheumatoid arthritis, then apply the filter of only finding posts in the Couch to 5k forum, you can find others who have mentioned this condition on the site.
