Review article on photobiomodulation and the brain
Here's a review article on photobiomodulation (aka low level laser therapy [LLLT], 'red light' therapy, LED therapy). It summarizes the peer reviewed, published research on the topic - with emphasis on its use in neurodegenerative diseases and brain injury: Photobiomodulation and the brain: a new paradigm

Anyone tried red light therapy for Hashi's?
I've been hearing some chatter in the US functional health world about using red light therapy to improve Hashi symptoms and potentially increase T4 to T3 conversion. Apparently there is some credible research supporting this. Has anyone tried this? https://www.thepaleomom.com/joovv-red-light-therapy-for-autoimmune-disease

after effects of PVC Ablation
My mom had pvc ablation 2 days ago and now complains of chest pain at about 7 and just feeling tired. She has a knot at the entry sure but it doesn't hurt. Should I be worried?

Feeling much better with Magnesium Citrate and an Anti-depressant.
After 45 years of suffering frequent PVC's I met a doctor who suggested magnesium citrate. I also dragged out the last report from my cardiologist who recommended an anti-depressant, advice which I had previously ignored. So I have been taking both for a few weeks now - 400 mg of Magnesium Citrate (not

Magnesium & PVCs
I just found this article and thought it was worth sharing. https://m.activebeat.com/diet-nutrition/8-warning-signs-of-magnesium-deficiency/9/ I would say I have 6 out of the 8 symptoms of low magnesium which includes PVCs. I’ve started taking a supplement for these, as well as a wide range of other

Where do PVCs come from?
A week before my 40th birthday and I had my first PVC “attack”. Not to say I never had a skilled heartbeat prior to this day, but never like this. I’ve read a lot of stories and responses on this site but I don’t seem to find anyone who can explain why they started. I’m no longer so worried about the

respiratory sinus arrhythmia?
I've been noticing my heart rate drastically change when breathing in and out. While breathing in, my heart rate increases and vice versa. This has been going on for a couple of years, and I haven't really thought much about it since I've read study's that say it's normal for relatively young people

Treatment for b12 related acne
Hi everyone, I developed severe acne after my third booster shot and 6 weeks on it’s not gotten any better - each day I get 3/4 new spots which are either red and sore or come up as whiteheads straight away. From this website I’m aware it’s a side effect of the B12 shots but despite a load of Googling

Red light therapy
I just joined this group. My husband has PD he has been diagnose 2 years ago. We live in Canada and his neurologist is not suggesting anything only the pills... I started doing my own resarch and I found that group. I am interested in building that red light therapy bucket (Max Burr) I am not sure how

Ectopic like feeling that lasts 2-3 seconds. What is it?
Hello everyone. I know this topic is discussed frequently but I really need help with this weird feeling concerning my heart. I get PVC's and PAC's mostly everyday and although these gave me quite the scare when they first appeared now they are just a nuisance. But maybe twice a month I get this different
