Premature ventricular contractions or extra beats. Very common especially in those with stress, anxiety, and panic disorders. I believe there are others on here that are diagnosed with them on here that might be able to weigh in with how they manage them. My heart rate goes up, but the sinus rhythm, so far, has been normal as far as I'm aware. Sorry you're dealing with them, I know that's uncomfortable and can make things feel worse. Have you been able to visit a doctor or get to an ER while they're prominent for an EKG/labs?

I just got out of the ER. My EKG looked good and my bloodwork looked good. I'm still having them and its been 5 days. I keep getting stabbing pains but not crushing. Its so scary.
I went through a phase of getting ectopic beats after exercise, and had an ECG which didn't find anything. After a while they stopped by themselves. Don't know what that was all about, but they obviously weren't too harmful because I'm still here!
I’ve had ectopic beats 24/7 for over three months before. They’re harmless.

Are premature ventricle contractions the same as ectopic beats?
I’m not sure but I saw someone above mention them
I get them as well when I get anxious or scared. They pass quickly.
Hi, I can relate. I get a lot of PVCs at night when I lay down and I've had my heart checked. everybody has PVCs some people just have more symptoms than others. Have you had it checked?? If not, you
