PVC and Alcohol

Hi guys, I have PVCs and some ectopic beats from my upper heart as well. I was told to never drink caffeine or alcohol again because of these factors... I’m only 23. Does anyone with a similar situation follow those rules? I usually only have a handful of the ectopics and PVCs a day but on occasion I have had hundreds of PVCs per day (triggered by stress or caffeine but never alcohol).

I don't drink coffee but I drink alcohol in moderation and it doesn't cause me a problem. My consultant said binge drinking or getting drunk is a no no

I am much the same but on B blockers

Coffee not a trigger and occasionally I can

Drink but it’s normally a trigger for me

Have a tiny one 1st then next day a little more ! Every ones triggers different but coffees and alcohol normally most common

Try Decaf! Just don't over do Decaf because it has sm. amount of Caffeine. Caffeine is my trigger.
