I struggle with bouts of depression all year long but it gets really bad during the winter months. I’ve tried light therapy and that seems to help a little. The vitamin D supplements I have upset my stomach which is weird, right? So I’m nervous to try other forms of vitamin d but I know my body needs it. Any suggestions?

I hate winter
I struggle in the winter too! Fish like salmon and tuna, and also milk and yogurts are some great dietary sources of vitamin D 🙂
I suffer with severe muscle tension in the winter 😯 if I'm stressed. Here are some things that have relaxed my body and mind when it's cold outside ⤵️
Vitamin E and Fish Oil supplements
Warm baths with honey and colloidal oatmeal
Heating pad
Chamomile tea
Sitting by a window that is full of sunlight
I lived in Oregon, rain 9 months out of the year, very depressing. I finally was able to move to a sunshine state, definitely helped. When I lived in dreery Oregon and I did what you did. Tanning booth, my light therapy. Vitamin D, try vitamin D3, which I actually still take. The nutritional professionals say it will also give you a flatter tummy, some days I think it does lol. I exercised, worked, life, tried to keep busy. It still was a struggle sometimes. I can't think of anything else. Hope I could help and maybe gave you a chuckle.
Hi. I struggle in the winter too. I just started using a therapy light. Hoping it helps. I’m on supplements too. My
Vitamin D is the Moss brand and it doesn’t do that. I got it from a
Nutritionist. Hoping you find one that doesn’t do that. Is the light really helping? I have a problem sleeping too which makes everything worse. I’m taking something natural for that too.
Hope you will feel a little
Better each day😀
