A bit disheartened and confused
A little over 2 years ago at age 36 I experienced the first of what I came to find out was an Afib episode (of course, not until after being told I was just having panic attacks by some very unhelpful ER personnel). This was about a week after a doctor had prescribed me rizatriptan for headaches (

Can pvcs do this?
I've been told I've got pvcs. I know how they feel in my chest and my pulse. But when I'm taking my pulse I've noticed that it's not normal at all. Like I get the gap and the big beats are my pvcs, but I'm also getting big gaps with normal beats after, big gaps with a big beat after, a few normal beats

Near infra red light therapy for Parkinson's and Alzheimers
I hope all are well, I finished my near infra red light therapy helmet. I am not diagnosed but have all the signs of developing parkinson's at 58 except the tremor so I am trying to be proactive. I added a pwm controller from Amazon that pulses the light at 40 hz which is seen as the most therapeutic

My PVC’s are back! I used to take Escitalopram for 4 years to keep them under control.
I have found 2 studies that note that Escitalopram could be a precursor to AFib. Another item that cardiologists don’t mention. PVC’s are making my heart do double backflips at night causing anxiety. Anyone in the same situation?

Do NOT use Red light therapy for Any cancer
Because it stimulates mitochondria, atp and so forth, it will stimulate the cancer! It is good for numerous other things but Not for cancer.

Transcript to interview with Dr. Catherine Hamilton, co-creator of the Coronet Duo Red Hat.
This is Michel2020's project and he posted links to this and a few other videos a while back. This transcript takes up a lot of room so I am posting it separately from jimcaster's post down thread. --------- Red light therapy Sep 8, 2021 Nosilverbullet4pd https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RscgHLusImc

FANTASTIC interview with Dr. Catherine Hamilton, co-creator of the Coronet Duo Red Hat.
Propertytyphoon made a comment on an old post of mine regarding the coronet red hat. A PD support group (No Silver Bullet) in which Propertytyphoon is involved conducted a one hour interview with Dr. Catherine Hamilton, an Australian doctor and co-owner of Wellred, which sells the coronet. Like Dr.

Infrared light therapy could help people living with dementia, scientists say
Interesting article published yesterday. Clearly, the device that is exhibited is unafordable but it is encouraging news for the technology itself (and there are cheaper devices on the market). https://news.sky.com/story/infrared-light-therapy-could-help-people-living-with-dementia-scientists-say

Overwhelming fatigue, chills, shortness of breath, weakness - recent labs
I’m two months into injections. Had weekly shots the first month and have had shots three times a week for the past month. I feel so awful that I can barely function. I’m short of breath, weak, dizzy have chronic PVCs and have chills most of the time. These are the same symptoms I’ve had for the last

High risk from covid and pvcs.
4 months ago I started having pvcs. Some days they're occasional somedays frequent. I'm not on any meds and am waiting to hear from a cardiologist. I decided a while back that i wasn't going to have a booster jab for covid and have ignored the texts from my Dr's surgery inviting me for it. Until 5 minutes

New Fibber
I was diagnosed with A-fib in September 2021. I have been taking Diltiazam for about two months in an effort to reduce horrible feelings from PVC’s. This, prior to a-fib diagnosis. Doc now saying Diltiazam not effective for A-fib and is going to start me on Flecanide after review of tests. I fear this

(seeking some advice) PVC's, Flecainide, and possibly another ablation.
I've been lurking around here for a while. BACKSTORY-- March 2019 bigeminy, trigeminy. I was offered Flecainide but was scared to take it because of all the stuff I'd read about. I ended up with an ablation in June of 2019. No meds everything was fine until about a month after the ablation, which I

Has anybody ever heard of anything like this. ?
I have always struggled with my sleep for at least the past 20yrs. If i get 4 hrs I think Ime doing well., However over the past 4 years things have gotten worse and a bit sinister. Every night for the past 4 years or (around 1500 concecutive nights) I have had very strong heart palpitations when I

PVCs and ablation
Hi I was booked for an ablation today but after an ECG it was unable to go ahead because there were no ectopics whereas with the Holter monitor I had 22% ectopics. Has anyone else had this experience? Also the cardiologist is recommending Flecainide to try to deal with the ectopics as Bisoprolol hasn

Ectopic beats, tachycardia? Vagal nerve?
Connection between vagal nerve and tachycardia/ectopic beats? I've been having events of tachycardia since may once a week or so, usually is comes on with a presyncope experience then general muscle weakness then tachycardia and a blood pressure spike. I also shake uncontrollably and feel freezing at

PVC Plumbing
Hello! I’m wondering if anyone has PVC plumbing in their home? Currently living in an apartment building that was built in 2005, and concerned about possible lead in PVC. I know there are current standards, but I’m not sure if they applied in 2005.

Has anyone had experience with red light/near light therapy to combat PD? It sounds very promising from the articles I have seen.
I think the trials to date have been small scale, but a trial with mice showed how effective it could be.

PVC’s and Bigeminy
So I stopped my bisopropol and my breathing issues have really subsided I feel so relieved! I was told to take it as a pill in the pocket but find whenever I’m having a bad day of bigeminy runs or single pvcs they come on even more regularly if I take a bisopropol - does anyone else experience this?
