My IBS Team Sheet – Are you breathing correctly? (How it helps my IBS and anxiety)
How breathing helps my
… …simply, when I start to feel any kind of
anxiety
, I focus on taking slow, deep breaths in and out through my nose and after less than 30 seconds I begin to feel calmer and I am no longer anxious!

Anxiety and fear suggestions
Hi. I've been recently diagnosed with AF and I'm really struggling everyday to accept this as a new part of my life. I have bouts of some positivity but majority of time I'm really struggling coming to terms with this. Diagnosed in October, changed everything I can, healthy food, no alchohol, non smoker

chest pain/ anxiety/ somatic syndrome disorder
It says that one of the symptoms can be sharp pain in chest muscles presumably caused by tension and seems to be related to
anxiety
rather than Gerd which is what I already know I have but my symptoms aren’t at all classic. Anyone know anything about this?

Is anxiety discomfort angina?
I have moderate aortic stenosis and have suffered with very bad
anxiety
for years. I know this seems almost trivial compared to most other posts on this thread but for me it is troubling. Any thoughts would be welcome.

The potassium has helped with episodes of panic and
anxiety
and I am also trying the iron and folate as well at different times, I was wondering does this stay like this or about how long does this demand last? thank you for your help.

Good rumination distraction
Helps with my severe
anxiety
and tendency to horribly ruminate. Its quite therapeutic and keeps my focus away from overwhelming, negative thoughts that otherwise make me spiral. (Another hack: Try jazzhop music on background on days depression hits hard).

But it’s important to commit yourself to get thru the
anxiety
and depression. Overcoming a major event in life is difficult but it has to be done for some sort of happiness in life.

That was fifty years ago and since then I have suffered from severe depression,
anxiety
, ocd, suicidal tendencies, panic attacks, dissociation and monophobia. . Any stress makes the symptoms worse. Hope you don't mind me sharing this as I know alot of people have similar experiences.
