Hi it's a very long story so I will get back to that later.I was talking to my wife about the condition and I suddenly realised I had anxiety and depression most of my adult life.When I realised this it wasn't a shock but brought home this realisation that I will always be ill.Once I had accepted that being ill become easier.Thats where I am now.Regards oldwelder
