DULOXETINE for constipation
DULOXETINE for constipation My Gastro wants me to try this for my awful awful constipation caused by 30+ years of diabetes and kidney problems. Will you please tell me your experiences with it? It says nothing about it being used for Gastro when I looked it up. Just that it’s an antidepressant. Thank

I’m scared
My depression has gotten out of control and I have an appointment w/ my doctor today to talk about trying
antidepressants
. I’m really scared but I know I need them. Right now I’m laying in bed on the verge of an anxiety attack obsessing over the stupid details of the appointment.

New Medicine
so i just picked up my Paxil 10mg and i’m gonna start taking it tomorrow morning, i’m really scared i’ve never been on an antidepressant and the side effect sound horrifying, not only that it doesn’t help people say this is the “drug from hell” it’s jus increasing the anxiety that i’m trying to treat

Best place to get B12 & supplies
He told me to stop the
antidepressants
I was on for 5 days as they clearly weren’t working and start new ones. I started them on Saturday and took another one yesterday. I felt totally spaced out and had pains in my stomach! I’m not going to take anymore as don’t feel anxiety is my problem!

Feeling sick on Luvox (fluvoxamine)
I'm aware that there are side effects to
antidepressants
, but it's kinda freaking me out. I feel nauseous and light-headed (I need to either sit or just lie down before the feeling passes). I'm also more anxious than before (sometines), but an upside to it is that I've started sleepin better.

First dose of antidepressant today
Fairly new to posting here but I appreciate all of you so much already. I have been having health issues (that I posted a few days ago) and because I thought anxiety might be a contributing factor, plus lots of depression over feeling so ill everyday, I decided to try Prozac. First time taking anything

Feeling of uncertainty
I've been on recovery from the severe discontinuation syndrome from the long term use of antidepressant for a long time. Brain recovery from a brain trauma is extremely slow and terribly hard. I'm better since I'm not how I was 2 years ago when I was in such a grave condition......but im still not

Living 'at home'?
I've been on
antidepressants
, mood stabilizers, and anti-psychotics for about 5 years, working with a talk therapist for the past 3 years, and spent a good portion of the previous 7 years trying CBT and other coping therapies. I was making really good progress until about 6 months ago.

What next!
Having suffered for 40 years and tried most things I am now just on 30ml Codeine and totally exhausted with lack of sleep as it doesn't really work. I've been reading through all the wonderful advice about medicine to help RLS, concluding that Tramadol or Medical Cannabis is the best next step? Maybe

Can anxiety caused by antidepressants let alone antidepressants cause derealization/depersonalization?
I upped to 50 mg of Sertraline a little over 2 weeks ago and I am feeling both disconnected from reality and myself. Anyone else deal with this?

Anxiously depressed
I have tried several
antidepressants
but she will not give me a medication for my anxiety. I keep asking but still no luck. My best friend thinks I need to go and find a new doctor. What would y’all do?

Anyone got any medications that helped? The pain is too much to bear now.
Hi Fibro forum. My name is debbie. I am 46 with crippling pain from fibro. I just had a hospital spell with covid on facial oxygen too but I'm better from that now. It's the fibro that's crushing my life. I have had fibro 28 months which is a short time compared to others but the pain is excruciating

Tired to try to be patient....
My brain is still on recovery from PAWS (post acute withdrawal symptoms) from antidepressant. It's a long recovery process. I had a relatively stable day yesterday but I woke up with a scary nightmare this morning. I'm so unstable and panicked....it's too much.

Antidepressants
I had been overwhelmed with anxiety for a few months. I went to a phyciatrist and he gave me Lexapro antidepressant. I am reading that it prob won't help with fibro. Anyone have success with antidepressant with fibro? This is all new to me.

Could it be Thyroid issues?
Since March I have been struggling. First with weight loss - 2st over a few weeks. And hair loss and thinning. My hair is now white and virtually transparent. Insomnia and even panic attacks and anxiety. I'm achey and cold all the time where I have always been hot since the menopause. I'm 62.
