How about taking a hot bath or shower....going for a long walk, preferably in "nature" or talking to someone who is a good friend (an upbeat person)? Maybe you could also find a comedy to watch and would make you laugh.
I understand how u feel I feel panicky & nervous & I'm spending all my time in bed, I live alone & see no-one. Do u get any respite in the evening? Its the only time I relax a little. Like u I feel terrified of virtually everything. I hope we both get some peace soon
Thank you so much for reaching out. I'm alone with cats. I don't see anyone either. I'm not in bed all the time anymore but that's how I was before. I feel a bit better in the evening too. Big hugs.
What are you terrified about? You have my support
Thank you for reaching out. It helps me a lot. My condition seems relating to my brain recovery that'been so slow. I suffer extreme nervousness and gittery feeling recently. I hope you're doing ok. Hugs.
I have a lot of jittery and nervous feeling too. My best way for me is to try and focus on one thing and get sorta involved in it. A book, movie, game, before I know it time has passed and it's time for bed. Then I gotten through yet another day. Prayer has helped me a lot, it pays off to believe in a higher power. I will pray for your peace and comfort.
Thank you for reaching out. Thank you for your prayer too. It helps me since I tend to feel I'm the only one to be suffering. As you do, I try yo focus on one thing to distract myself but its not easy. I took a bath twice in the morning and ate a lot that helped me a bit.
I hope your recovery too!!! Hugs
