I am posting this here because the site won’t let me do anything else! I wanted to know if there are any Lyme disease sufferers on here, or any with ADHD/Autism? I am a Lyme disease sufferer and have spent about the last 5 years trying to test a theory about finding/engineering a treatment or cure.

Elevated NK cells, UTI , antibiotics and steroid
Then I got diagnosed with UTI by my GP and I did a course of
antibiotics
. The clinic came back to me with the results and I had levated NK cells as well as Ureaplasma in the uterine lining. I'm doing a second round of
antibiotics
(doxycycline) to treat Ureaplasma.

Small cell vasculitis and epidermis demostosis
Treatment initially was
antibiotics
and suspect strep infection. And then as it kept reappearing and visits to dermatology put down as vasculitis caused by covid vaccine of which I still don't really buy into.

He said that there had been 3 infections that they got rid of with the
antibiotics
but the fourth spot on my right lung is small cell carcinoma. He told me it's treatable and I have an appointment next week on Tuesday at a cancer center.

Relieve pain in the penis, scrotum and perineum?
Foe pain related to some diseases, like prostatitis, orchitis, seek active medical treatments, such as diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill or
antibiotics
. Remember, these suggestions are general and may not apply to all cases.

Which antibiotic to choose and tips...
I have IBS-D and recently have had amazing success using Xifaxan. It is the first thing that has worked to control my symptoms in 5+ years. Honestly, it's been life changing for me - I have been able to socialize with friends again and have even been able to enjoy a few foods that I never thought I'd

Is this PMR?
After 3 weeks on Pred I've just had my bloods done again and although ESR and CRP are now within normal levels I'm now having to take strong
antibiotics
as my white blood count is too high. Waiting for a appointment with the Rheumatologist but I have a long wait. Does this sound like PMR?

Long-term treatment with
antibiotics
can lead to the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacterial strains. Moreover, antibiotic treatment can affect bacterial communities throughout the body, including that of the gut.

Oral steroids
In both
antibiotics
and steroids they have nearly cleared me but not 100% so I'm asking is this normal and is it safe to be taking steroids 3 weeks after my last dose finished? My dose is 6 tablets a day for 10 days. I would appreciate any advice and help Jason

Feeling a little low
Admitted back a Day later with an infection and on IV
antibiotics
for 5 days and more scans all ok apart from extensive internal bruising. Sent home with
antibiotics
and hoped that would be it for hospital.

Are cleaning products, aerosols etc worsening my asthma?
Hi all,I'm on day 4 of prednisolone and
antibiotics
for a particularly nasty chest infection, (GP said sending me to hospital was borderline). 2nd course of pred this year and it's only May. Unusual for me as I often don't need any, or only one short blast, of pred in a year.

My PMR is basically gone, but now I got shingles on my right side of face.
All the drugs I took, take lowers my immune system. No prednisone anymore, but Methotrexate lowers immune response. About 4 days ago, got shingles on my face and forehead. It is super pain, bad pain. Before the shingles, I felt like my eyes were infected, eyes and skin all red and sore. Pain not quite

I am yet to speak to the GP regarding the results but I have a strong feeling he won't be prescribing me the
antibiotics
.. everytime I have mentioned SIBO to him he has dismissed it. Quote: 'it's just IBS'
