Advice needed

I am just getting over a bout of cystitis l which I was prescribed antibiotics for. I had the usual symptoms, urge to urinate and burning/ stinging sensation when I went. I started the 3 day course on Tuesday afternoon and was feeling a whole lot better last night, but today I am feeling very sore down there but have no burning and soreness when I pee! Is this normal? Any ideas on what I should do? I have now finished the antibiotics so could this be the reason? Any advice or suggestions would wlbe greatly appreciated. Thanks
