for three years now im with condition that doctors were unable to diagnose. My right tonsil is very sensitive. It becomes very painful during colder season as we breathe cooler air, I cant eat or drink anything that is even slightly chilled . I have absolutely no problems during summer time and can even eat ice creams but right now I cant even eat a ham straight from fridge. Water needs to be warm and I have to cover my face anytime I go outside,I expect this to stay like this till april next year. Whenever I forget myself and eat something cold my right tonsil becomes very painful ,im getting cold like symptoms including blocked nose, sweating and fatigue . I will also start to urinate very frequently like every 30 minutes to 1h. Just yesterday I had some blueberries thats been out of the fridge one hour earlier, still cool and I have been waking up five times last night for toilet my tonsil hurts when I touch that area, I have no such problems during summer time. Its been coming and going like that for three years now.
I have had my throat checked, tried antibiotics ,blood tested ,referred to nose and throat clinic where doctor put a camera through my nose to throat but they couldnt find anything ,not even swell. Right now if I touch right side of my throat I rate the pain 7/10 I definitely dont imagine this. Any help most appreciated .

I have to say this although I pt might not be relevant to your tonsil problem. I’d go to drs. about getting up in the night wee as often as you do. You might have a problem with the prostate. They’ll be able to check your prostate health. I would definitely see them.
While writing this, I’m wondering if your tonsil issue is caused by nerves. Could it nee the nerves. Are there any nerves related to the tonsil area? Just wondering if it is a nerve issue as it appears not to be an inflammation issue.
I forgot to add I had a scan of my bladder and doctor said there are no problems there and my prostate is perfectly fine . I honestly after three years of struggling with this condition I’m positive that it is related to throat and/or tonsil. My need for toilet is normal during summer times, I don’t wake up so often, during winter time too unless I mess with my throat,no mistake here. And my throat is definitely way more sensitive during cold season. It’s also associated with high pressure in my bladder and on these days, even if I drink very little water and feel dehydrated,my urine always remains colourless instead of being strong yellow as it should when you are dehydrated.
it’s definitely a puzzler and extremely irritating for you. Not knowing is awful. I’d look at the nerves for this. Might be worth pondering. I’m wondering if the vegus nerve is playing up. The vegus nerve is the largest nerve in the body.
Have a look at this link. It “might” not explain the tonsil issue but it will explain the bladder issue. Even so, could tonsil thing be an unintended reaction to the bladder issue.
