Wow, I'm y telling doctor I have so much pain from OA, and and told to take nsaids that upset my stomachs after taking them for years for pain But, on TV they have an injection for cats with OA for pain. From menopur only to combo stims (menopur & gonal-f) - aged 42
Hi ladies, I'm starting another round and wondered if anyone has had luck on both menopur and gonal-f? For my previous 4 cycles I've only been on menopur. This new Dr said I have many follicles at baseline however not enough eggs retrieved and that with extra FSH from gonal-f I may get more eggs. [b

my left knee is killing me with pain now and walking is proving difficult. I’ve a telephone appointment with my GP on Weds to see what I can get. Has anyone else been able to get reasonable pain relief whilst waiting for knee replacement op. I m only using nurofen at the moment and am conscious

Gonal-F protocol - help in understanding dosage...too high/too low/just right???
Hello all, I am 45 years old with AFC of 8, FSH of 9.2 IU/l (1.5-133.4) and AMH of 10.5 pmol/l (0.1-19.3). My doctor is proposing a protocol of 75 of Meriofort + 300 of Gonal-F for the first 4 days and then 375 of Gonal-F. I am wondering what others think of this protocol (if reasonable given my age

Donor embryo, eggs or OE? 🤔
I’m 43. AMH 9.8, cycled in Nov 22 with OE. 8 eggs, 8 fertilised. 2 blastocysts not PGTA. I have transferred both one fresh, one frozen and both BFN. My FS says I’ve got 5-10% change of a pregnancy with OE but 80% with DE. We use donor sperm due to male factor. What would you do??? My husband

Difflam spray (Benzydamine hydrochloride) NSAID?
Good morning, I hope everyone is as well as they can be. I’ve recently been having an issue with an inflamed tonsil on the right side of my throat, and it’s causing me a lot of grief. Spoke with the GP yesterday, and she prescribed the Difflam spray which contains 0.15% Benzydamine Hydrochloride.

What a week! 4th collection and transfer done - any success stories with only one embryo making it to blast???
Hello my fellow pin cushions! Haven't been on here since I had my 3rd attempt at collection where just the 2 follicles were developing and my amh results showed a massive drop. Well, is it glutton for punishment or morbid curiosity i dunno, but we decided to give it a another try and I had my collection

Anyone else scared this will push them apart?
Hi everyone, first time poster, long time reader of all your stories which have helped me in so many ways. I’m 33, partner is 38. OH had to have TESE to extract which was successful (he already has a son from previous which was natural), and on paper other than my thyroid issue (got that under control

Ibuprofen Gel
After a small HA six years or so ago, I take aspirin, amplodipine, ramipril and atorvastatin. I've strained a tendon in my upper arm which has seriously impacted the mobility of my dominant arm. To cut a long story short, my GP has diagnosed tendonopathy and while I wait to see a physiotherapist for

Pregancy with regulation of Immune system
Hello I was 42 years old when I got pregant and have a nice boy now, after 2 years of continious trials. I had tested for quality of eggs by testing AMH and inhibin B and I was fine. My husband was 45 and tested for DNA fragmenation, which was also fine. Thank God, we found a scientist that studied

worried about Anti D!!
Hey everyone, I’m 20 weeks pregnant and been told I’ll need Anti D at 28 weeks. I cut my finger tonight whilst slicing vegetables and did the silly thing of sucking my finger, and I’m just wondering if I need to contact the out of hours midwives to get my Anti D early. I know this probably sounds absolutely

immune testing- is it worth it?
hi everyone looking to start our third round, I have low AMH but no other reason why after 4 years no pregnancy and two failed rounds. Our clinic recommended immune testing, it’s really expensive and wanted to know how will it actually help and when you get the results does it change protocol? Any advice

low amh levels at 18
I am really worried and don't know what to do. I had a blood test at a private herbal practice because I've always had difficulties with my period. I was told my amh level is 2.11 pmol/l. should I tell my NHS GP because what they would actually do and I really do want to have kids and I've been a bit

Thin lining
Yesterday I had my review appointment after my failed FET. Was expecting just to go straight into a fresh cycle. However I've now found that my lining is on the thin side, it was 6.6 in my fresh cycle and 6.1 on my frozen. Initially I wondered if its something to do with my previous miscarriages as

Advice on AMH levels
Hi All. I’m looking for some advice or info on AMH levels. After suffering from a chemical miscarriage in 2020, a MMC at 11+2 in Jan 2022 and an ectopic in Dec 2022, I have been referred for fertility investigation. I have already been advised that we won’t qualify for NHS funded IVF as hubby has a son
