I am really worried and don't know what to do. I had a blood test at a private herbal practice because I've always had difficulties with my period. I was told my amh level is 2.11 pmol/l. should I tell my NHS GP because what they would actually do and I really do want to have kids and I've been a bit stressed about this especially when I feel no one around me cares. Can I please have some advice

Hi,
I’m so sorry you’re feeling so anxious but that’s totally normal because this is such a big and important topic!
Firstly, you could get the AMH re-tested - either with your GP or elsewhere. I’ve seen on this site that different times of the month and different providers of tests can yield different results, so it may not be as low as you think.
I also think it’s definitely worth seeing your GP as it can only help advance your understanding and options, even if there may be some scary topics to discuss! There are lots of women in here who are decades older than you and wish they had tested fertility when they were younger so they could have been more proactive, luckily she is on your side.
Also, I’m no Dr but I’m aware that AMH does not define your fertility. It doesn’t tell you what quality the remaining eggs are, or what your chances of conceiving in a natural cycle are. I believe it is just an indication of how many may be remaining in the long term reserve.
In any case, I hope this result doesn’t worry you too much and speaking to a GP sounds sensible as they will be best places (better than people here!) to give medical advice x
