advice needed

hello everyone i need your advice i just had my first miscarriage after our first ivf and

Long story short after 7 years i immediately know that i want icsi because my husband progressive’s motility is low and my amh is 4.2 out of our ivf we had only 16 eggs although i had so many follicles and was at risk of ohss ( i think my clinic had a somewhat something wrong because even my doctor said we maybe are a little late that’s why not so many eggs are retrieved) out of 16 13 matured and 9 fertilized and then freezed because of the low in germany you cant wait until blastocyst and you cant do genetic testing 🙃 so after a month we defrost 6 and all of them didn’t continue after day 3 so he said it might be an egg problem the month after that we defrost the rest and 2 of them were blastocyst and we did the transfer and i was pregnant with twins one of them was only a gestational sac and the other had a yolk sac and my hcg was rising slowly so at 7 weeks i did surgical miscarriage 😔

What should i do now i dont trust the doctors they are all about money unfortunately and i am thinking of doing a 4 month healthy life style and supplement the try with iui because i think it is still possible for us from the beginning but the doctors said that we need icsi what should i do please help ????

Hi Micha. From what has gone on, perhaps do what you suggest and try on your own with a healthy lifestyle. Be certain that IUIcould work, just in case you were advised to do ICSI because of sperm problems. You nee lots of good swimmers and god shaped sperm for IUI. Good luck. Diane

thank you so much my husband had a problem with progressive motility that’s why am asking but his count is hight that’s why i am torn

Hi. High count is good but doesn’t help motility as they are not strong enough to penetrate eggs and struggle to reach them. However, should be plenty to use for ICSI. Diane
