Next steps, what to ask on review appointment? + Birmingham IVF clinic recommendations (Please DM)
Hi all , i hope you're well and keeping hopeful and strong at whatever stage you are in your journeys. I just had another BFN this Monday, and trying to put together a plan for our next steps and what to ask for on the review appointment, and would like to get some of your experience on what changes

Hi! Just wondering if anyone has any success stories after having an ICSI cycle, particularly when suffering with severe endometriosis. I am stage 4 (kissing ovaries, 5cm cyst and small fibroid) and about to start my first fresh ICSI cycle. Husband has lower mobility and morphology. I am on an

Confused about AMH and letrozole/trigger and IVF
Hi, I have a history of early miscarriages. Under recurrent miscarriage clinic, I am told to take progesterone and aspirin from positive results, and clexane from 6 week scan. I've not had any medicine under previous pregnancies that led to miscarriages. I also have very low AMH. Experts have said usually

3d icsi failed
Hi! I am writing my story hoping to find some advice. I have a 5 year old daughter, who arrived with a natural pregnancy by pure chance, we were already starting pma due to problems with oligospermia. In the last 3 years we have had 3 cycles of icsi, in two different clinics. First two cycles 6 blastocysts

Fisft FET - BFN 😭 Need some next steps advice as will be switching the clinic
I just completed my first FET with a 4BB embryo. Unfortunately it resulted in BFN 😭💔 Our NHS-funded round is now over: we only managed to produce 2 blastocysts out of 10 eggs collected. Fresh transfer resulted in chemical 😢, and now failed FET. We will be switching the clinic for a private treatment

Ovarian PRP Rejuvenation
Hello everyone, So I am considering ovarian PRP as my amh is below 3, so really low, and I have not had many eggs collected in previous cycles. I had a look into Greece, but want to know if any of you have tried Ovarian PRP and what was your experience like? Thank you and all the blessings for all

Advice needed IVF
Hi everyone! I'm new here and in the US and need to vent to those who understand what I'm going through (as my friends don't). I apologize for the long post. I'm 39. My bf is 42. We met later in life when I was 36. He has two kids from a previous marriage when he was 20 and 28. Before we met his doctor

IVF (ICSI) Cycle 1
So i'm currently 3DP5DT - absolutely trying to be positive but couldn't believe how quickly the egg numbers disappear. My AMH is 5pmol so i was put on high dose of Meriofert and Ganerilix. On my day 8 scan they saw 10 follicles, 4 of which were at the right size - they advised me to trigger that evening

is this a sign my meds are struggling or just how it is now?
Sorry for the long message but would appreciate knowing if this is typical or if I am being a little dramatic and unrealistic. diagnosed with RA nearly 2 years ago. Took a while but pretty much back to normal after moving to injecting 20mg MTX, 200g hydroxy and folic acid 6 days a week. Took just over

Low AMH - what next?
Hi, I am currently awaiting investigations to see if we qualify for IVF on NHS. Our appointment is mid-Feb. I have taken an AMH test privately partially to put my mind at rest. They said the AMH had to be equal to or above 5.4pmol/L in order for us to qualify. My test has come back at 1.25pmol/L (0.18ng

PMR vs Fibromyalgia - getting my story straight for doc's appointment.
I need to ask you wise and lovely folks for some input before I go to see the doctor, as soon as I can get an appointment. Every time I have an appointment with a different doc, the discussion gets side tracked by the fibromyalgia talk. I want to be able to stop it in its tracks this time, so that

A story of hope for those suffering recurrent implantation failure
I wanted to share my story in case it gives a ray of hope to those suffering from recurrent implantation failure. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant so still early days but it's a huge step forward for us. This is the result of the 11th embryo transferred (over 9 transfers as did a couple of double transfers

Cystic follicles due to cycle?
Hello! I am trying to do 3 cycles of IVF back to back but have one delay after another at the moment and just wanted to find out if anyone else has had a similar experience, maybe so I can manage my own expectations! Ignoring thyroid delays etc, I started my first cycle and got to egg collection day

Endo and IVF
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with severe endo last Jan. I have low amh (3.5), my tubes are blocked with hydrosalpinx. I started my first round of IVF in November and sadly it failed. At my first consultation, my consultant gave me two options - a laproscopy (does this remove some / all of the endo?

FSH test results (FSH is as important as AMH?)
AMH is largely talked about on this forum but FSH is less so. I am super worried about my FSH lately. In a recent test (October) my FSH came back high so that caused the clinic to demand updated day 2-3 FSH tests. I had to do that on day 1 (as day 2 would be Sunday and Monday I was busy). I decided

Needing some reassurance after BFN
I'm just writing ask for some positive stories to help me get hope back after yesterday's BFN. It was our third transfer and for the first time we did a double; day 6 4AA and 4BB. Our first transfer was a BFN, second was a BFP, but sadly didn't make it past 6 weeks. After our second transfer, even though

Hi Community!
Hello everyone, My name is Laura and I've started my fertility journey about a year ago. My husband finally agreed (after me nagging him for a few years) only to find that I have a very low AMH from my age group. So far we've failed two rounds, I'm going to be 40 in September and I'm feeling rather
