sea salt, more vitamins + 2 weeks levothyroxine before bed; condition much worse. Is this just my body adapting?
There seems to be some speculation that taking your meds before bed was more beneficial than in the morning. So, this is what i've been doing for the last two weeks. I don't recall the exact amount of time because my memory is virtually non existent in that respect. In this time period I've also

90 (plus) essential nutrients that we all need.
In Britain, we have beautiful, rich, soil varieties that contain all of the required life-giving nutrients that hold the magical 'pinch' of life's wealth and health. We only ever hear about a few of the minerals and vitamins that are required in our diet but I would like to share with you a little information

Brain fog
I have always been a bit dizzy but now my brain fog is starting to worry me. I am really sharp at quizzes, do lots of hard crosswords and am told I am quick witted so can't understand why I am so "fuzzy" at other times. I have read that certain B vitamins are good for the brain and can stave off dementia

The cost of Feeding My Intolerant Child
Today we were running low on ‘Zac foods’. Our local Tesco, seems to be stocking less and less in it’s Free From section at the moment and our Waitrose is not much better. Sainsbury’s has by far the widest stock on shelves and some brands I have not seen anywhere else. So despite sending Tom to the supermarket
