I was always a follower of Adele Davis who recommended making sure you took a supplement that was balanced, e.g. B2 equal to B6, etc. I took for 30 years but no longer since I'm on Sinimet. Just too many damn pills to swAlllow and my digestive tract is having a rough time!

patV ever one up till ? no one has said how . I know nothing about B 6 I know a lot about L-Dopa . L-dopa dose not start to brake down until it crosses the blood brain barre,a and b6 will be well broke down in the gust . SO HOW CAN IT REDUCES L-DOPA ?
