Blood testing b vitamins, and other essential nutrients
Hey all. So was looking at the Australian government pathology website in Australia, and they do offer blood tests for most b vitamins, and other nutrients. They likely do in other countries too. If someone has been sick a long time it would be a good idea to get them tested. b1 thiamine- whole blood

A call to upgrade our profiles to help understand each other better
In this forum, I find that I am always comparing what everyone else is taking as far as medication, supplements, exercise and diet. I think this is such a good forum for sharing of information and our experiences with this disease that we are enduring. I think it would be a good concept to share more

Vitamin B Complex suggestions
Hi can anybody recommend me a safe Vitamin B complex to take along side my 1000mg Jarrow Methyl B12? I notice most of the B complex contain B12 also and don't want to over do the B12 - Even though I know it is a safe vitamin to take large doses of. Thanks

Eating banana with the skin on may help Parkinsons
Hey all. I don't have Parkinsons but joined this community because of other people experimenting with supplements like I was. I am getting better taking biotin so I suspect I have a genetic problem with that. In the past few days I have been starting to eat fruit I had never eaten before in my life.

Help with blood work
Hi all, This is my first time posting here. Apologies in advance for the long post. Just over a year ago I had my thyroid removed for cancer. I originally had problem with just being on thyroxine alone, but thankfully I had a GP who prescribed me a combination of Armour (90mcg) and Thyroxine (50mcg
