What type of vitamin b as jocelyn suggested to use on the post re dec 16th

as jocelyn said she had found vitamin be was good for the energy lvls i spoke with my doctor about it, he said to ask what type vitamin b you were talking about as there are a few types of vitamin b

I use the Mega Antioxidant from Usana which has the full range of vitamin Bs or I have used a Thorne (I think) full range vitamin B from the Holistic medical centre in Grey Lynn Auckland.

I use an antioxidant form of Vit B3 - Co-E1 labelled NADH

This has increased my energy and stamina
