What do I do now?
Ok, the endocrinologist wrote to my GP saying that, despite my symptoms and an existing autoimmune condition, my TSH of 3.9 was normal and perhaps a T4 and repeat TSH could be done if it was felt necessary and if either of these fell outside the set boundaries then he would gladly see me but his opinion

GP Campaign (the second assault)
Right!! Dusted down, organised (for once), and determined (if not for a diagnosis, then at least some treatment). Tomorrow I am off to the GP, to try to force his hand to refer me to the renowned Dr D Cruz. The first assault took the form of a 3 month health diary to throw some light on my symptoms

Complex B
I am currently using this http://www.betteryou.com/multivit-oral-spray which does not have high dosages of anything, but I am a bit concerned about the citric acid ruining teeth even tho the spray contains xylitol. When I compare the dosages to for example Solgar complex B those are much higher, but

How many times have you told your story?
You’ve told your hepatitis story a million times. Now, tell it to those who can do something to help cure it. Act now by taking the HepPRN survey. http://www.hepatitisfoundation.org/RESEARCH/Patient_Registry.html You have you told your story in support groups, to doctors, to family and others.

vitamin B complex
I am a vegetarian and I take a vitamin B complex every day and also sevenseas "active" omega 3 fish oil for my joints, but I guess it should benefit more than that. I avoid taking cod liver oil as a doctor once told me it was high in cholesterol, which surprised and concerned me as it is so widely

vitamin b complex and b12
Hi i'm new to this and still feel like I have a lot to learn .I always think of these questions after i have attended my rheumtology appointments and don't always want to call the help line and take up their time for people in most need. Why do we take folic acid? and only once a week 3 days after methotrexate

Advice for next consultant visit
I was referred to an endocrinologist 5 months ago due to a range of issues including extreme tiredness and neurological symptoms. Blood tests hadn't shown anything conclusive other than that my B12 was at 165 and I was also low in vit D, however my GP said these were not low enough to require treatment

Changes in Pernicious Anaemia symptoms
My husband was diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia 2 1/2 years ago. We initially joined the Pernicious Anaemia Society to get help, which was very beneficial by other members and greatly appreciated. We live in Australia where we can purchase B12 over the counter which wonderful as our local doctor does

Is it Anxiety or something Physical?
I've suffered from many symptoms for a number of years now and they don’t seem to get much better. These include depression, anxiety, sleep problems, vitiligo (since I was teenager but very slow spread, premature grey hairs (gradual progression since 1 year ago), acne (moderate since teenager), low sex
