Has my body decided that now that im taking synthetic T4 it has fell out with me and wont make the extra T3 i need to get me through the day and my T4 supplier wont give me any T3 but offers sedatives instead like olanzapine and the new one ive recently been recommended for amitriptyline, Hmmmm, Most

I’ve tried Amitriptyline Propranolol Zolmitriptan Topiramate Sumatriptan Acupuncture Dietary manipulation And the usual NSAIDS. The acupuncture is great but the effects only last for a few hours. Has anyone else had success with anything else?

hi came of amitriptyline 50mg a day about a month a go as there were two many side effects have been put on pregablin 100mg ive had awful withdrawl from the amitriptyline the worst no sleep 3 hours a night thr dr has give me a small dose of sleeping pills not keen has anybody else been through this

I have been given Amitriptyline for my migraines again. I used to take this before so I may manage to take these tablets as usually my anxiety stops me.

feel sick and can't concentrate , my doctor is taking me off gabapentin because I'm feeling low and it's not helping my insomnia, they have given me co codamol while I reduce the gabapentin every 5 days (from 3 to 2 every 5 days and then to 1 every other day for 5 days) and then I'm going on 10mg of amitriptyline

I was also put on about 80 gms of Amitriptyline. Within a very short time I realised I had developed tinnitus and it hasn't gone. It is high noise with hissing. Nothing is ever quiet. What I want to ask is have others had this response to either of these drugs.

I take amitriptyline, zopiclone, diazepam, aripiprazole, metformin, lisinopril, fenofexadine, naproxen, paracetamol, meberberine, lansoprazole, nasonex spray. Sometimes gabapentin for neuralgia. Do you think it might be restless leg syndrome? If so does anyone know what causes it please.

My GP did give me a trial of 10mg of amitriptyline to try and help with sleep at night. Anyone prescribed this drug and dose? Has it helped with sleep?

Hi everyone, I am just wondering from anyone who has tried both of these drugs which one works best to relax muscle spasms? I was on Sertraline for anxiety but had side effects so came off before I had chance to see if it helped with Fibromyalgia muscular pains. Has anyone tried this? Thanks.
