I have been given Amitriptyline for my migraines again. I used to take this before so I may manage to take these tablets as usually my anxiety stops me.
I mentioned to the doctor that on Google it says that it can also help with anxiety even at low doese but he says that at the 20mg dose it will not help at all.
Has anyone had any relief from their anxiety at a low dose please?
My 81 years old, recently widowed mum suffers from depression (for some years) and moderate dementia. She is on Tamezapine and amitriptyline
