Frankincense Oil
Btw, I've tried mostly everything else - occipital nerve block,
amitriptyline
, topiramate, anti-convulsants, aspirin etc etc. Feeling that nobody understands anymore how bad this is for me. I thought my family understood but I'm feeling that they don't understand anymore either.

NEW YEAR!!!!!
Well the
amitriptyline
does stop the restless leg syndrome and after taking myself off of my meds I realised that it also reduces my joint pain, not much but a little. I used to have a great sense of humour but now I find myself constantly moaning about my health.

Amitriptyline and IBS
I was thinking of asking my GP to prescribe
amitriptyline
for me again but I wanted to see if anybody had any success with it.

Hi Katherine
Amitriptyline
10mg am & 50mg at night. Also Quinine to help with cramps. I also have pain management and a team of guys at the hospital that offer Tai Chi, help with diet & weight, swimming etc. My doctor is brilliant. So yeah lots of help available & pain relief medication.

Amitriptyline & Sertraline
Hello. I'm a newbie to the site. I wonder if someone could put my mind at rest? I've been on 200mg of Sertraline for the past 14 years following a major work related breakdown. I've always been a bit concerned as I understand this is the max dose. I'm now having problems with chronic pain so my GP as

Medication help needed
I have also tried
amitriptyline
, which caused me extreme tiredness in a morning. So I was wondering what other people are taking, I have looked at prozac and also the newer SNRI's but just wanted to know what peoples experience of them was, did it help your pain? and also did you have side effects?

Symptoms returning despite self injecting every other day - advice please
I have also been taking 10mg of
amitriptyline
every other day and all seemed well under control. However, the last couple of days, noticed the odd bit of pins and needles returning.

Pudendal nerve
I've had nerve blocks and take 150 mgs of pregabalin and 10mg of
amitriptyline
. I take as low a dose as I can, as even this amount leaves me a bit spaced out. I've been on pain management courses but that hasn't helped.

Amitriptyline experiences?
Read a lot of positive things about
amitriptyline
on other forums, but most posts here seem to have negative experiences. Anyone have positive results from
amitriptyline
? I'm wary of beta-blocker and topamax side-effects. Thanks for your thoughts.
