Burning pain

Hi all not sure if this is a flare or not because I get the odd aches and pains most days which I mostly cope with......I think I am let off quite lightly towards some of you lovely people on this site ..... but for about 5 days I have that horrible burning sensation all over my back been having night sweats and my elbow where I had my nerve entrapment release in october is giving me some really bad gyp.....the scar is burning and getting little electric shocks and muscle pain in it after it was doing so well .......I have only just returned to work a fortnight ago after 7 weeks off post op.....this burning all over my back is driving me daft had it really bad when I was on amitriptyline but no longer taking this.....constantly feeling like I am burning up from the inside but cool to the touch.....and sorry for mithering but does anyone else have problems with the skin on face and neck..... its not peeling or anything but is really dry and feels like I am stroking sandpaper no matter what moisturiser I use its not making any difference... also cheeks seemed to have developed really fine downy hair over the last year.....being reasonably new to all this not really sure what are fibro symptoms or not.

I don't know what it is but I am with you! I had strep and it took me a lot longer to get over it! So I just thought it was side affect now I am wondering?? I really felt like if anything touched me it felt like sandpaper !! Oh boy did it hurt!

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling in this way and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. I cannot help but wonder if there is a link between this and your returning back to work? Are you overdoing things? It may be beneficial to discuss this with your GP or Medical Specialist just in case? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
