Trying to get rid of my anxiety
hi everyone, I'm new to this site, just recently found it but it helped me so much. Basically I have been struggling with anxiety for more or less 6 years but only for a year now it's been quite severe. In the past 1 year it sort of stopped my life to the point where I don't even want to leave my house

Bloody confusing, if you ask me! As some may know, I had my 2nd ablation around this time last year. I had my 3 month check up - still in NSR and advised to stop taking warfarin and Flecanide which I said I wasn't prepared to do as I wasn't confident doing that. OK - we will see you again in November

Journey with Anxiety - Fear of having a heart attack!
So I have always been a worry wart (as my parents say). But lately it has gotten out of hand. When my wife and I were expecting our first baby is when it got unbearable. It started with having Chest Pains everyday, which quickly lead to anxiety over having a heart attack. I went from one doctor to

Other Heart Problems or Anxiety?
I am 19 years old and was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse with mild regurgitation when I was about 5 years old. I was terrified of having a heart attack or dying suddenly even as a child I would be terrified to fall asleep because of heart palpitations. I experienced my 1st panic attack in 2012

What should HbA1C be once you've had a heart attack?
Has anyone heard anything from their diabetologist regarding the HbA1C levels diabetics should maintain once they've had a heart attack? Apparently, readings in the low 6 are recommended to prevent arrhythmias. Any scientific studies on that? Does anyone have personal knowledge on this? (No, I'm not

Why Egg-Yolks are Good for You ?
Ditching the egg-yolk has always been an ideal option for the weight-obsessed. But why boycott the most delicious part of an egg when research says you should embrace it. You might think yolks are high in fat and cholesterol but scientists believe their role in raising cholesterol levels is minimal
