I took this for the first time yesterday I took a 10mg tablet in hospital as I have a fear of medication. My heart went down to 50bpm at times on a ECG and I noticed I felt strange but calm. Trouble is around 6 hours later it started to wear of and my heart came back up to speed. I then had a massive panic attack :(. I'm scared of taking another one now as the panic attack felt worse than ever.
