This is the first time ever i'm experiencing chest pains and its right now.

Hard to explain but my chest feels heavy and tense. Its hurting and painful. And directing to my heart. Feelings are going through my body.

I had ekg done before and results came back fine.

Anyone else have this?

What should i do?

Hello

This is part of anxiety, that is why the GP arranged an ECG to put your mind at rest. This problem should be better understood by you so you will not worry as much.

With me in the seventies, I used to lie in bed at night listening to my heart thinking there was something wrong. The GP said the heart beats to keep you alive.

Over that period the GP arranged a whole tranche of tests, all came back negative.

Discuss all with your GP he will help you to understand the condition you suffer from

You need to try and relax try breathing slowly in a relaxing position. All these problems are a unpleasant reaction that can be controlled. Possibly you may be referred to a CPN who will assist in these feelings of anxiety

Yea, I was experiencing that all morning yesterday, August 6, 2014, plus hot flashes, sweating, numbness In my left arm. I was admitted into Kittitas Valley Hospital Ellensburg, Washington. I was just now released. Had a multiple tests administered. My heart beat was a a few points below normal, but nothing serious. I was told to be very observant for possible heart attack. I was given a prescription to go fill. I feel a bit more tired than usual, but healthy otherwise. I wonder if I was just havingan anxiety attack. Doctors never mentioned that possibility.
