Starting PSA was 5,006.4
In November 2013 I was in a Northern California emergency room with severe lower back pain at age 65. Turned out I had previously undiagnosed, widespread metastatic prostate cancer. PSA was 5,006.4, with testosterone level of 908, and Alkaline Phosphatase around 424. Nuclear medicine bone scan lighted

How can this be FND when I have a positive Babinski reflex?
Yet, because I don't have
ALS
or MS or a tumor, they decide on FND. So, I have a question. Does a neurologist monitor this forum? If so, my question to him/her is: Are there any cases of a Babinski reflex being from FND?

What do you think this guy should do?
67 year old diagnosed in May 2002 with advanced prostate cancer - PSA 64. Cancer spread to one spot on his pelvis, and annual bone scans showed no other areas of involvement. After 3 years on hormone blockade, he was treated in 2005 with Tomotherapy (proton beam radiation), and was taken off all drugs

Silly Silly Anxiety
Then an MS scare, now it is an
ALS
scare. I am 28 years old and seem to be finding false death for death around every corner. I have talked tom multiple doctors a neurologist, a GI doctor and dermatologist. ( On my second therapist and looking for another psychiatrist.)

The scrotum may

Happy New Year, bloods update, discussion with GP and honesty time.
Good afternoon everyone. I hope you are all as healthy as possible and had a pleasant Christmas and New Year period. The last time I posted was about three months ago when I had had a full liver panel done and, really, everyone reassured me that my liver was fine - and I finally accepted that. I went

Twitching Foot
Of course I google the symptoms and everything says
ALS
! I sit at a desk all day and my legs just feel achy, no pain but just restless and my foot feels like its buzzing inside a little, I feel it even more at night laying in bed. Plus I'm getting random twitches in random spots on my body.

Finally got a FULL 'Liver panel' done - and these are the results ....
Blood samples taken on 29 September 2015 and at last includes an ALT value which shows an AST/ALT ratio of less then 0.5, which I guess I should he happy about. Not sure about the Albumin/Globulin ratio which I've seen other people mention - I don't really get it. Anyway, the results are: BILIRUBIN
