Depict,

GFR >60 means you have normal kidney function.

niddk.nih.gov/health-inform...

RDW is mildly over range and may be due to dehydration at the time of testing.  Other reasons are outlined in labtestsonline.org/understa...

Your other result are within range (normal).

Is this all pointing to thyroid being ok ?

Depict,

The FBC and other tests are nothing to do with thyroid and are to do with your general health, liver, kidney and bone health.

TSH 1.75 is normal and assumes, but doesn't guarantee, that T4 and T3 are normal.  If you want to completely rule out thyroid issues you'll need to test FT4 and FT3.
