New bloods and reaction to Levothyroxine
Hi Guys So I went to see the doctor last week after staying off Levothyroxine for 2 weeks at his request as I was reacting really badly to it (at this time my TSH was 1.0 apparently normal but they didn't even do the other thyroid tests so I found this to be useless and I was still in a lot of pain

Just wondering
Hi all. Was referred to s hepatologist few weeks ago as ANA positive and M2 raised again after only few months. GGT raised also. Hepatologist wrote back to my GP to say that there is no need to see her as my Alk Phos is grand and LFT's. Repeat annually and watch All Phos. I'm happy enough with this but

Good advice in 'curing' neurological diseases
Lived with it for years and years and they discounted
ALS
which was a great relief. But at some point, I sense this 'morphed' into what would become PD as these fasciculation's are still with me especially now on my affected side.

FIRST TIME TTC and pregnant after 5 weeks off the pill! Shocked but happy. Would love advice. I suffer with chronic health problems.
I’m 27 and a half now; and unfortunately my family is full of men ( without kids- my older brothers aren’t looking likely to) - and I lost my beloved Mother to Motor Neurone Disease (
ALS
) 2.5 years ago.

Worried and stressed out
I just delivered in August, but during the pregnancy I was diagnosed with pregnancy cholestasis. My liver enzyme Alk Phos. was elevated towards the end of the pregnancy, but the doctor didn't seem concerned. In October the doctor repeated the labs and the Alk Phos was four points from being normal. In

Test results, lots of numbers - insights please
NB: I realise it's nearly Xmas - I won't take any action (except online) until next week, more likely January. So please tell me if I should bring this question up after the season's over, instead. I wanted to do the typing asap today for fear of losing the bits of paper by tomorrow. ;) These results

***Revision at conclusion***ALT, AST, Alk-phos and their possible insignificance in monitoring PBC progression?
Hello friends, Ever since I was diagnosed with PBC last year I've been anxious everytime I have my labs drawn. I'm always anxious to know all about what my Liver Function Tests (LFT's) numbers are and if they're rising. When I joined this group many were concerned about elevated AST, ALT, and Alk-phos

Test results including vitamins, full blood count and liver function
Hi, I would really appreciate any insight that anyone might have on these test results. Asked gp to test iron, b12, folate and ferritin, and she decided to order a bunch of other stuff too. Full blood count, everything came back within range except for Mean Cell Haemoglobin level 26.8 pg [27.0-33.5

Alk-phos climbing up... 😔
Hello all, Well, got my labs back. Everything is in normal range except my AMA M2 and my alk-phos. It's elevated yet again. Slowly over the past few months it's been climbing. It was 162 three weeks ago and it's 174 today. I'm taking the mid range level of my URSO for my weight but I'm still within
